The staff spoke English very well, were kind and went out of their way to help. The rooms were clean and the buffet breakfast was huge. The hotel was conveniently close to a BTS train station, making it easy to get around.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the room was great, and the hotel facilities were excellent. The health club was huge and well arranged, making my workouts enjoyable. The hotel's location was perfect, being close to the MRT and offering convenient transportation to everywhere in the city, including the Donmuang Int'l airport. It was also near the Central Dept store, a great bonus for shopping. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a wide variety of cuisines to choose from. The staff were helpful, cute, and friendly. They made sure that I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

I was greeted with a smile upon arrival and was actually surprised to be upgraded to a larger room. The staff promptly fixed a wired internet connection for me and the reception in the lounge was really good. The fitness room was spacious and well-equipped. my experience at Swissotel was wonderful!

We had a wonderful stay at a hotel located very close to the underground station, which made it easy for us to explore various parts of the city. The in-house Japanese restaurant exceeded our expectations with its delicious food and friendly staff. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the cleaning crew provided excellent service. The breakfast had a good variety of options, and the concierge and entrance staff were helpful and accommodating.

Convenient location near MRT, ideal for exploring Bangkok. Enjoyed delicious meals at the Japanese restaurant. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. Highly recommend this accommodation for its quality furnishings and fittings. Will definitely recommend to friends and family.

This hotel provides luxurious amenities that cater to my needs. the spa centre and sauna have excellent services, while the beautiful outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace offer a relaxing environment. the restaurant and bar have a wide range of food and drink options, including a delicious breakfast buffet. the room's exclusive advantages provide a comfortable stay with modern and clean facilities.
The only minor issue is that the location is a bit far from some popular attractions, but the hotel provides easy access to public transportation. I highly recommend this venue for its excellent service and exclusive amenities that create a luxurious and comfortable stay.
